Every person with a disability will acquire niche skills as they live their life to the best of their abilities. Opening employment opportunities with your skill set is our first step forward.
Employment Support in the workplace
To maintain employment, we understand that people with disability require support to some degree in the workplace, whether that’s physical support, information process or intellectual management. These supports can be managed while we work through the bureaucracy of your plan or employment provider. In consultation with us, we can manage your employment adjustments on demand!
Other demands include transport. We also provide transport because we understand that transport play’s a major role in accessing employment.

Peer Navigation Roles
Peer Navigators use their lived experience of disability to provide practical, person-centred guidance to others navigating the disability system. They draw on their knowledge of services, supports, funding pathways, and community networks to help peers understand their options, build confidence in self-advocacy, and make informed decisions. Peer Navigators foster trusted relationships, connect individuals with appropriate services and like-minded community members, and support them to overcome barriers within a complex and often fragmented system.
